Work that may require on-site assistance generally includes the implementation of new Microsoft SQL software, significant upgrades to existing Microsoft SQL Server software (not simply patching), significant development activities that require face-to-face meetings to understand and gather detailed requirements, and training relating to Microsoft SQL Server.

Established Support Infrastructure

Red Rock services local, national and international customers via a mixture of both remote and on-site support. We are able to seamlessly “plug in” to customers’ existing infrastructure using secure VPN connectivity (using Cisco VPN Client or Windows PPTP VPN standards) or dial-up access.

Red Rock’s internal systems are monitored around the clock by RockSolidTM, our own proactive monitoring tool. In addition, we have a proven off-site backup and recovery as well as a comprehensive disaster recovery plan. Red Rock also has a number of in-house test servers on which we can test customer configurations for bug fixes, latest patch sets, software releases, etc.
