RockSolid DBA Out-Task is a 24x7, Fixed Price, Managed DBA Support SLA. This is suitable for customers without any onsite DBAs or with limited onsite resources. Under this SLA will we will manage all normal database operations for a fixed monthly fee and also provide you with an escalation path for SQL Server project work if required

RockSolid DBA Escalate is a joint responsibility SLA. Both your DBA team and our DBA team serve an active role in managing your environment. Your DBA team provides first level support for operational issues as they occur in your environment. Our DBA team acts as a 24x7 escaltion point to whom issues can be raised if your DBA team is unavaiable.

RockSolid DBA Out-Task After Hours provides a support SLA for the times when your DBAs are out of the office. Our DBA Out-Task After Hours service allows you to supplement your DBA team with ours for the periods when your DBAs are not normally available. This includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
