The SQL Server industry has many excellent consultants who provide onsite project services to a loyal customer base. But good consultants tend to move from project to project, however completed projects often have an ongoing database support requirement.

Now with RockSolid SQL’s DBA Affiliates program consultants, & consulting companies, can continue to maintain a relationship with their historical customers and generate ongoing revenues from DBA support.

We will take on the day to day DBA support function while paying you a monthly commission based on service fees. While doing this we also keep you informed on relevant activities at your customer sites and loop you in when additional consulting work outside the SLA is proposed.

And as we are one of the largest and best managed SQL Server DBA support providers you know your customers will be receiving a very high level of operational management under SLA, at a highly competitive price.

Who We are

We are the SQL Server focused division of Red Rock Consulting, which is also part of the publically listed UXC Ltd. While we are a relatively small and focused team we have the support of an organization which has over 2000 employees and annual revenues of $500m+.

The RockSolid SQL group has been in existence since 2004 and as a group our only focus is delivering excellence in SQL Server management.

What We Do

Plain and simple, we provide very high levels of SQL Server DBA support under strict SLAs. We provide customers economies of scale though our size and superior levels of service though our investment in our support infrastructure.

DBA Affiliates Program

We understand that SQL Server consultants and consulting organizations generate revenue by delivering quality projects to their clients. Existing customers may have an ongoing requirement for operational DBA management following such projects. However these projects don’t necessarily require full time DBA resources, or necessarily require the consultants level of expertise on a day by day basis.

RockSolid SQL proposes that in these situations you refer your customer to us for the provision of day to day DBA support. We will not only pay you a commission on an ongoing basis*, but we will also inform you first of any new project work requested by that customer, and also give you access to the RockSolid DBA Management tool so you can stay informed about all DBA activities occurring on your customer sites#

With the RockSolid DBA Affiliates program consultants can:

Refer their consulting clients to RockSolid SQL for Operational DBA Support
Receive a 10% commission on SLA fees*
Remain free to engage with the customer directly for billable consulting work
Have ongoing visibility of customers SQL Server environment via the RockSolid portal #

Qualification

To qualify to become a RockSolid DBA Support affiliate you must meet several criteria. These include:

You must be a SQL Server DBA, SQL Server Developer or Consulting company providing services based around SQL Server
You must have a proven track record of delivering quality and customer satisfaction
You must provide two customer references
